Noel Desilets is the founder and leader of Apex Real Estate Network, where he oversees residential real estate assets ranging from single-family homes to apartment communities. With over 25 years of hands-on experience, he brings a practical, execution-driven approach focused on consistency, efficiency, and asset performance. Noel’s experience spans asset oversight, renovation execution, and system implementation that improves performance across investor portfolios. He has overseen millions of dollars in renovation and value-add projects, supported by an extensive background in construction and building. Across the team, Apex brings experience managing over 2,500 units, providing depth and perspective that benefits every client. He is focused on building a scalable platform that delivers responsive service, clear communication, and dependable results for property owners.
Director of Property Management
Brandi Massey brings a blend of grit, experience, and heart to every property she oversees. A licensed Realtor and holder of an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License, Brandi has built her career on operational excellence, strong leadership, and a relentless commitment to doing what’s right — even when it’s hard. She has extensive experience managing diverse portfolios, from quick-turn rentals to multi-unit complexes, and is especially skilled at navigating challenging conversations with tenants, owners, and vendors with clarity and professionalism. Brandi is known for her direct communication style, her ability to steady a team under pressure, and her unwavering focus on protecting client assets while fostering respectful, livable communities. A proud wife and mother of three, she leads with both strength and empathy — and embodies the values Apex stands for every day.

Chris Bell is a results-driven real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in financial services, real estate investing, and property management. He specializes in residential rental management with expertise in leasing, maintenance oversight, tenant relations, and maximizing long-term profitability and value. His approach emphasizes exceptional service and tenant satisfaction through proactive maintenance and clear communication. He works closely with the maintenance team and trusted vendors to ensure every property is well cared for and operating efficiently. Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Chris excels at solving problems, managing resources effectively, and keeping operations organized and compliant. Fluent in Spanish and holding an active Arizona real estate license, he is committed to delivering professional, reliable, and personalized service for tenants, investors, and partners alike.
